Cancellation and Refund Policy

At MyFinvisor, we are committed to providing high quality financial advisory services. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.
1. Appointment Cancellations
1.1 By Client
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled call: Full refund of the consultation fee (₹50 for first call, ₹20 for follow up calls).
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled call: No refund. You may reschedule once at no additional charge.
- No show: No refund or rescheduling allowed.
1.2 By MyFinvisor
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
2. Annual Plan Cancellations
2.1 Basic Plan (₹2,999/year)
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if no services have been utilized.
- After 7 days: Pro rata refund for the unused portion of the plan, minus a processing fee of ₹500.
2.2 Growth Plan (₹4,999/year)
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if no services have been utilized.
- After 7 days: Pro rata refund for the unused portion of the plan, minus a processing fee of ₹1,000.
2.3 Premium Plan (₹9,999/year)
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if no services have been utilized.
- After 7 days: Pro rata refund for the unused portion of the plan, minus a processing fee of ₹2,000.
3. Non Refundable Items
The following are non refundable:
- Personalized financial plans or reports that have been delivered
- Advisory sessions that have been completed
- Any services consumed as part of an annual plan
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Payment Gateway Charges
Please note that payment gateway charges (2% for Razorpay or similar) are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
6. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your appointment:
- First reschedule: Free of charge if done at least 24 hours in advance
- Subsequent reschedules: ₹20 rescheduling fee applies
7. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, technical failures, government restrictions), we will offer the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
8. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our services or have a dispute regarding a refund, please contact us first at support@myfinvisor.com. We are committed to resolving issues amicably.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
